8:00 AM  - Band Hall open for Practice
3:45 PM  -  No after school practice

Tuesday -
8:00 AM  - Band Hall open for Practice
3:45 PM - Band Hall open for practice and prepare for Beginner Concert
5:00 PM - Students arrive for Concert preparation
6:00 PM - Move to Auditorium
6:30 PM - Concert Begins

Wednesday -
8:00 AM  - Band Hall open for Practice
3:45 PM -  Band Hall open for practice

Thursday -
8:00 AM  - Band Hall open for Practice

3:45 PM - Band Hall open for practice and prepare for Beginner Concert

5:00 PM - Students arrive for Concert preparation

6:00 PM - PTA meeting begins

6:30 PM - Concert Begins
