____ Provide a package of hotdogs

Ann Richards Middle School

• Band Members must wear Black and/or Grey dress clothes for performances

1:15 - Meet in the Walker Band Room for rehearsal and meeting

1:45 - Load bus

2:00 - Depart for Ann Richards MS

2:45 - Arrive and unload bus

3:00 - Warm up time

3:30 - Concert Performance

4:00 - Sight Reading Performance

4:30 - Load bus and depart for Walker MS

5:15 - Arrive and unload bus

5:30 - Depart for home*

*All students must have their own transportation home.  No bus will be provided

2:00 - Load bus and depart for Walker

3:00 - Arrive at Walker meet in Band Hall

3:35 - Dismissal
