Be on time - follow your schedule closely
- Students are expected to be at their assigned place at the assigned time and following directions at all timesParents

- A package of hot dogs, or
- A pound of hamburger,or
- A 12 pack of soda
- Hamburger buns
- Hot dog buns
- Napkins
- A gas grill
- Volunteer
- Ride the bus with students
- Grill hamburgers and hot dogs
- Serve food
- Chaperon students

9:00 Load bus as assigned by Directors
9:15 Depart for Sandy Lake
9:45 Arrive at Sandy Lake - Beginners get lined up - busses return to Walker
10:50 Warm Up
11:10 Beginner Concert Performance
11:20 Exit stage return to Band area
11:30 Picnic time
12:30 Time in the Park
1:30 Concert Band Performance

3:00 Load bus and return to Walker
3:30 Unload and dismiss - Busses return to Sandy Lake
