Band Camp Saturday Schedule - Concert in the Meyerson!
Wear nice pants - A Camp T-shirt will be distributed in the morning. You will wear that on-stage for your performance in the Meyerson Symphony Center!
Parents - please attend this performance!
The schedule will be almost the same as the rest of the week with a few important differences.
- 7:30 - meet in the Walker Band hall
- 7:45 - catch the bus to Booker T. Washington High School
- 8:30 - Breakfast
- 9:00 - Rehearsal and pass out T-shirts
- Camp Picture
- Final Rehearsal
- Move to the Meyerson Symphony Center
- 10:30 - Concert Begins
- 12:30 - Concert Ends, Load up, Lunch for students and dismiss
- Ride bus back to Walker or Ride with parents
- 8th Graders turn in instruments at the Walker Band Hall
