The Walker Band will be taking part in the DISD all-City Honor Band this week. Some activities will take place at Walker MS while full band rehearsals and the concert will take place at Molina HS.

- Wednesday - Percussion sectionals for All City Concert and Symphonic Bands - at Walker MS
- Thursday - Directors' Band rehearsal, Mr. Flemons conducting - at Molina HS
- Friday - MS and HS honor bands rehearsal - at Molina HS
- Rehearsal 5PM - 9PM
- Saturday - MS and HS honor bands rehearsal and Concert - at Molina HS -
- Rehearsal 9 AM
- Concert at 6 PM

Selection to the All-City Honor Band is earned by audition. This year a record number of Walker students (7) earned a position in either the All-City Concert or Symphonic Band. Congratulations to the following students!
