Congratulations! on a great Pep Assembly performance. 

The combined Symphonic and Concert Bands performed at the Pep Assembly today.  Great job students!

Walker Homecoming Game

Franklin Stadium

• 3:45 - Students will stay after school for practice in Walker Band Hall
• 4:30 - The Band Moms will serve students a snack (Nachos) in the cafeteria.  Students need to bring $3 for Nachos or bring your own snack.
• 5:15 - Load busses and depart for Franklin Stadium
• 6:00 - Game Begins
• 8:00 - Game Ends, Load busses, depart for Walker
• 8:15 - Unload busses, put away equipment
• 8:30 - Students are dismissed

Parents, for safety students must be picked up in the parking lot by the band hall.  Southeast corner of the Walker campus by the baseball field.
Students, wear your Walker Band Shirt, comfortable walking shoes, and School pants - preferably khaki

Beginners are moving ahead!  Great job students  

Most students have passed off the three note scale and are working in the lesson book. Students should be bringing their instrument home regularly for practice of homework assignments.
