Performance and End of Year Celebration!

 End of year Awards Concert - 05/25/17 - All Bands - Dress up event
"A night to Remember"  Awards, Performances and Fun for all.  Special Guests - WT White Band

• Thursday Night  May 25
• Performance Begins at 6:30PM
• Students must be in place for rehearsal by 5:45 PM.  This is a dress up event.

Pizza and a Movie.  Band students are invited to stay after school Thursday for and end of the year celebration before the concert.

• 3:45  Meet in Auditorium
• 4:00 - 5:30 Pizza and a Movie.  Cost is $5
•  The Band Booster Parents will be serving Pizza, Nachos, soft drinks and treats to band students only from 4:00 - 5:00 in the cafeteria.  Cost for food is $5.
• A movie will be shown in the Auditorium.  
• No food in the auditorium at any time
• Students must stay in the cafeteria and auditorium
• 5:45 -  Meet in Band Hall, Warm up and go to Auditorium
• 6:30 - Awards, Performances and Special events

End of Year Details

• Morning rehearsal time - 8:00 - 8:30 each morning Monday thru Thursday this week
• No after school band this week.
• End of year Concert Thursday evening.  See details below
• All Instruments must be turned in Friday.  School lets out early that day.  The band hall will be open from 1-4 for instrument check in

All bands will be performing at our End of Year Concert.

• Concert begins at 6:30 PM
• Students should be in place ready to play by 5:45
• It is a dress up event.  Same dress code as the award ceremonies this past week.

Camp Forms Due this week

• Band Camp runs from June  5 - 10
• Bus will pick us up each morning at 7:45 at Walker
• Bus will drop off at Walker each afternoon around 3:30
• Cost is $25 and also covers student instrument rental

Congratulations to the Symphonic Band!

The Symphonic Band performed at the Eismann Center Tuesday as part of the Peak Music Festival.
They gave a beautiful performance and were awarded the 1st Division trophy by all the judges at the contest.  Congratulations Band!

May 5 -

• Morning rehearsal 8:00 AM
•   Cinco De Mayo celebration 4:00 - 6:00.  The Symphonic Band and Concert Bands will perform

May 8 - 12

• No after school rehearsals this week due to testing

 May 15 - 26

• Before and after school rehearsals are back on regular schedule

• 9:00 AM - Meet in Band Hall for check in and rehearsal
• 11:00 - Pack and load bus
• 11:15 - Depart for Eismann Center
• 12:00 - Check in and Unload bus
• 12:30 - Warm up
• 1:00 - Performance
• 1:30 - Depart for Lunch
• 1:45 - Arrive at CiCi's pizza
• 2:30 - Depart for Walker
• 2:45 - Arrive and go back to class
