Beginning Band students had a great week.  Students will be working on lessons 4-7 this coming week.  Very proud of you boys and girls!  Keep up the good work

Advanced Band gives OUTSTANDING performance!

The Advanced Band gave an outstanding performance Thursday at the WT White homecoming Parade!  The band sounded and marched better than it ever has in the parade.  I'm so very proud of our band students.  We have the hardest working students in Dallas.  Their perseverance was outstanding.  The parade is a physical challenge.  Marching that distance while playing is physically and mentally demanding and our kids did a super-fantastic job!  After the parade some of our students even walked back to Walker to put away instruments and then walked home.  Wow! that is a great display of dedication!
